News & Site Updates:
November 14, 2005

The End

I hate to say this, but I'm going to discontinue newenglandflatland.com -- there won't be any more updates to this site. As you can tell, I don't update the site very often any more, and with a second child coming soon I will have even less time to spend on it.

I hope the site was useful and entertaining for the time it was active, and thanks to everyone who supported and visited New England Flatland.

The domain name is expiring in February 2006 and I'm not going to renew it. But I will keep the site up as an archive under my personal site's URL, just for historical (and Google search) purposes.

Before I sign off, though, I want to remind you of the Flat Jam contest in Rhode Island this coming April: indoors, no entry fee, cash prizes, free food -- can't go wrong! Check out flatjamcontest.com for all the info.

Bikeflat.com has posted videos from this past weekend's Flat Jam contest in RI. Riders include Joe Emerson, Stephen Cerra, Gabe Kadmiri, Terry Adams and Justin Miller. Check 'em out -- they're pretty good. (I'm not so sure about the music choices, though...)
